I found out on the website of the embassy in Morocco that V. Lorenc is no longer there. Apparently, the package includes 21 names of ambassadors returning to the Czech Republic. In his case, I would say at last, because the shame about his visas is outrageous, isn't it? When you look at the embassy's website, the position of the ambassador is empty in the Czech version.

Who will be next? That the diplomat Jaroslav Škeřík, whom the media had previously announced? After the disgrace around his posting to Switzerland, he again got a "good" stunt. Will it continue visa fraud? If he was doing something at the Diplomatic Service, he might be willing to do it elsewhere. Or how it was.....

I also happened to hear from a friend that the brother of the director of the Visa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, David Nový, works for the BIS (Security Information Service). I would almost call it a conflict of interest. Then it may be clear why no one admitted you to the BIS and visa fraud is not spared. The same people have it everywhere.

Updated 12.1.2024:I originally wanted to retouch the photo of Jiří Čistecký right away. After consultation, I kept it, since the MFA did not respond at all for years. It was not a violation of journalistic ethics, but a justifiable action given the gravity of the situation. Today, I retouched the photo because the reason has missed its effect and is becoming counterproductive. A decent diplomat does not take such pictures and send them to other diplomats or other persons. Such a person has no business in the diplomacy of a developed country, just as those who are informed of the situation do not act and slander those who have been drawing attention to the shameful situation for years. Jiří Čistecký is still the highest representative of the Czech embassy in Moscow. JŠ

The portal iDNESreported on the firing of auditor Jan Čapek after he prepared a truthful audit about the non-transparent work of the Foreign Ministry's personnel section. As Čapek correctly states, Minister Jan Lipavský is not telling the truth and, contrary to his statement, he is actually covering for the previous government of A. Babiš. Why? We will try to answer this in our series, where we will reveal the evidence of the Czech version of the Maroccogate scandal, which was investigated in the European Parliament earlier this year and the investigation is still not over.

I like the Czech Republic very much and it is hard to write these lines. In the last 4 years I have contacted many Czech politicians, diplomats, civil servants, also MPs and senators. Nobody wanted to deal with the Schengen visa fraud at the Czech embassy in Morocco. Some remained silent, others pleaded that they were not the competent ones. Others openly admitted that they were afraid because they had children and did not want anything to happen to them. The warnings and threats did not go unheeded by me or by Mrs Jana Chaloupková, who refused to issue visas to suspicious persons and investigated the strange people around the visas. Over the years, I have received a lot of evidence from non-corrupt persons interested in justice and truth from Morocco and other African and European countries. All of this material is stored in various places and countries and should anything happen to me or Mrs Chaloupka it will all be made public immediately.

Aktualisiert am 12.1.2024:Ursprünglich wollte ich das Foto von Jiří Čistecký sofort retuschieren. Nach Rücksprache habe ich es behalten, da das Aussenministerium jahrelang überhaupt nicht reagiert hat. Das war kein Verstoß gegen die journalistische Ethik, sondern eine vertretbare Maßnahme angesichts des Ernstes der Lage. Heute habe ich das Foto retuschiert, weil der Anlass seine Wirkung verfehlt hat und kontraproduktiv wird. Ein anständiger Diplomat nimmt solche Bilder nicht auf und schickt sie an andere Diplomaten oder andere Personen. Eine solche Person hat in der Diplomatie eines entwickelten Landes nichts zu suchen, genauso wie diejenigen, die über die Situation informiert sind, nicht handeln und diejenigen verleumden, die seit Jahren auf die beschämende Situation aufmerksam machen. Jiří Čistecký ist nach wie vor der höchste Vertreter der tschechischen Botschaft in Moskau. JŠ

Das Portal iDNES berichtete über die Entlassung des Wirtschaftsprüfers Jan Čapek, nachdem er einen wahren Audit über die undurchsichtige Arbeit der Personalabteilung des Außenministeriums erstellt hatte. Wie Čapek richtig feststellt, sagt Minister Jan Lipavský nicht die Wahrheit und deckt entgegen seiner Aussage in Wirklichkeit die vorherige Regierung von A. Babiš. Aber warum? Wir werden versuchen, diese Frage in unserer Serie zu beantworten, in der wir die Beweise für die tschechische Version des Maroccogate-Skandals aufdecken werden, der Anfang dieses Jahres im Europäischen Parlament untersucht wurde und dessen Untersuchung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist.

Ich mag die Tschechische Republik sehr und es fällt mir schwer, diese Zeilen zu schreiben. In den letzten 4 Jahren habe ich viele tschechische Politiker, Diplomaten, Beamte, auch Abgeordnete und Senatoren kontaktiert. Keiner wollte sich mit dem Schengen-Visabetrug in der tschechischen Botschaft in Marokko befassen. Einige schwiegen, andere beteuerten, sie seien nicht zuständig. Andere gaben offen zu, dass sie Angst hatten, weil sie Kinder hatten und nicht wollten, dass ihnen etwas zustößt. Die Warnungen und Drohungen blieben weder bei mir noch bei Frau Jana Chaloupková ungehört, die sich weigerte, verdächtigen Personen ein Visum auszustellen und die seltsamen Personen im Umfeld der Visa untersuchte. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich eine Menge Beweismaterialvon nicht korrupten, an Gerechtigkeit und Wahrheit interessierten Personen aus Marokko und anderen afrikanischen und europäischen Ländern erhalten. All dieses Material wird an verschiedenen Orten und in verschiedenen Ländern aufbewahrt. Sollte mir oder Frau Chaloupka etwas zustoßen, wird alles sofort öffentlich gemacht.

Reaction to article on Aktuálně.cz. When she exposed visa fraud, she got fired

Yes, that's exactly right, but it wasn't that quick. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had to work its way up to the firing, and in doing so it acted in violation of Government Regulation No. 145/2015, which prohibits punishing, disadvantaging or coercing a person who reports suspected wrongdoing in the service.

Although the relevant Whistleblower Protection Act No. 171/2023 has only been in force in the Czech Republic since last year, whistleblower protection has been an EU priority for a number of years (including EU Directive 2019/1937, which aims to protect those who report work-related misconduct)....

I have written to several senior EU officials personally on the matter, both in the public interest and in the context of the forthcoming EP elections. Their reactions, if any, will be made public.

Réaction à l'article paru sur Aktuálně.cz. Lorsqu'elle a dénoncé la fraude aux visas, elle a été licenciée

Oui, c'est tout à fait exact, mais cela n'a pas été si rapide. Le ministère des affaires étrangères a dû se frayer un chemin jusqu'au licenciement et, ce faisant, il a agi en violation du règlement gouvernemental n° 145/2015, qui interdit de punir, de désavantager ou de contraindre une personne qui signale des actes répréhensibles présumés au sein du service.

Bien que la loi n° 171/2023 sur la protection des dénonciateurs ne soit en vigueur en République tchèque que depuis l'année dernière, la protection des dénonciateurs est une priorité de l'UE depuis un certain nombre d'années (y compris la directive 2019/1937 de l'UE, qui vise à protéger les personnes qui signalent des fautes professionnelles)....

J'ai écrit personnellement à plusieurs hauts fonctionnaires de l'UE sur cette question, à la fois dans l'intérêt public et dans le contexte des prochaines élections au Parlement européen. Leurs réactions éventuelles seront rendues publiques.
