Individuals or married couples can do it, but the coexistence of different races and cultures in one place is against nature, nature's nature and unsustainable in the long run. We can enrich each other's culture and values, but not live together "mixed" in one country, where traditions and cultures mix and lead inevitably to the gradual disintegration of values and society. Migrants from other countries do not integrate and have a natural tendency to live among their own. The current refugee crisis reminds us of this. The inability of the Roma ethnic group to integrate in our country, where they have lived for centuries, is proof of this.
On 18 March, the Embassy of Switzerland in the Czech Republic, in cooperation with the French Institute in Prague, organised an evening of Swiss films as part of the Days of Francophonie. Cinema 35 screened the compelling documentary JE SUIS NOIRES / BECOMING A BLACK WOMAN (2022, 52 min). The screening was followed by a discussion with Rachel M'Bon, Swiss-Congolese journalist and director of the documentary. The evening opened with a welcome by Ambassador Philippe Guex and ended with an informal meeting with the director over a glass of wine, with whom I also spoke briefly.

The day before the first day of spring, the Czech Television Council was not brimming with new hopes. What Councillors Ježek, Veselý and Řehák showed with their attacks on Councillor Šafařík was something incredible, reminiscent of the period of rigid totalitarianism and normalisation. They "framed" the author like orthodox communists, unable to deal with any other opinion in a factual manner. They can't help it. They are also victims of the environment in which they grew up and still live, and which still needs them today. They don't see their stupidity and limitations because they can't. Good housing is a priority for them. Democratic and moral values go completely outside their limited spiritual space - just another example of the ineradicable Czech plebeianism. Councillor Šafařík rightly called CT provincial. I personally thanked him for his courageous performance and his defence of citizens' rights. HERE is my audio recording of my speech.
By the way, Google has just been fined another CZK 4 billion for repeatedly misusing information from other sources. It has not appealed and will adjust the AI "work". I'm being reported again - for the third time - for violating the terms of the contract without giving reasons? In a way, a tribute to my independent reporting as well. The fight for freedom of information and the public's right to information continues. JŠ

On Friday, 15 March 2024 (what a symbolic date), Prague-East District Court Judge Lucie Řezáčová decided that two minor children aged 4.5 and 6.5 would be permanently entrusted to their father's care. The so-called alternate asymmetrical custody is a pure euphemism. While the father will raise the children at his place of residence a total of 21 days a month, the mother will only see them on three extended weekends and will thus not be able to interfere in their upbringing. What is she guilty of? She left the domestic abuser without his consent to protect the children from a humiliating life of conflict.

The courtroom was full of gardeners. Judge Irena Nosková did not allow photography, but she allowed me to give a "final word" after the verdict. The Senate had no choice but to remain silent. The audio recording of the JUDGMENT and the pronouncement of the JUDGMENT, I recommend!
Counsel representing the gardeners and counsel for the gardeners spoke and argued brilliantly. No wonder the public media is avoiding the case - that's how much power the criminal developers have. The turning point began on the day of the takeover, when it was obvious that someone was fighting back. I was denied access to the company. What I don't understand, and never will, is how this precedent could have been set, and with the involvement of the police. As a layman, I find it unbelievable that this could happen at all. This is an organized fight by several groups going over dead bodies and, dare I say, beyond the law. The legal and physical force from Mr. Horacek is that of the highest level, with lawyers from both the creditors and Mr. Tetera's own using each other with the sole purpose of robbing the FCC of a bank account and through the archives of creditors with a book value of 1.3 billion. The courts did not act for four months and the police put everything on hold, saying there was no crime. I won't judge... I don't want to be involved in whatever follows and be held responsible for something I don't even understand, including the consequences. Surrounded by lawyers with their own interests and the interests of whoever pays them. after Jaroslav Ptáček defined himself against the Tomáš Horáček group, he was quickly removed from all the companies Horáček controls and replaced by his crony Jindřich Štercl.
