Archbishop Graubner of Prague laid a rose at the funeral mass for the innocent victims and the perpetrator. He thought more deeply than most shallow-minded society, including media. No one is born a murderer, society makes him one.
Almost anything can be leaked from police files, but two letters the perpetrator was supposed to have written still can't? The original letter of Jan Palach was also discovered years later? The only thing that has appeared in the media is his sentence, "Nobody likes me." In this sentence is quite possibly hidden the answer to the question WHY? Why didn't his surroundings, institutions, of which we have many, react? What do the police intend to investigate for months? With today's technology and information known before the act, the tragedy could have been prevented with a high probability. I am not surprised that the report of the intervention was blacked out by the MPs in no small part.
The police are full of generals with titles, hundreds of laws, regulations and rules, but without capable leadership it's all useless. An example of its incompetence was the action of two men in front of the Government Office. They arrived calmly with manure, they threw it around with one policeman watching. Only when the mound was empty did an armed police unit arrive. In Switzerland, or in other developed countries, the perpetrators wouldn't even get out of the car.
On 19.1.2024 I took the midnight train from Prague to Beroun. Suddenly two policemen rushed into the train between the quiet passengers, the second one holding the first one by the collar from behind? I asked what was going on? "I'm giving him cover" was the reply. After a short conversation and my questions "on the body", they shut up and proceeded to "eliminate the terrorist". Apparently a midnight drill on the theme of "eliminating a terrorist on a train". I was surprised they were talking to me during the "intervention"? Police manuals and handbooks will need to be updated...
Recently in Switzerland a man with an axe threatened passengers in the train. 60 police officers took action. The perpetrator was shot dead after 4 hours, no passengers were injured. I don't rule out at all that the perpetrator at FF UK could also have been shot in time, but the police officer didn't get a warrant a permit to shoot...
By the way, attorney Samková suggested in an interview that this could have been a pre-prepared action by the Police to gain more powers and financial resources for its activities, and therefore, as a result, increased control of citizens? Sounds crazy, of course, but what isn't crazy in a country where the country's administration is increasingly denying common sense. They are also committing demonstrably criminal acts that the mainstream cannot afford to inform the public about - see the secret multi-billion dollar support for CEZ (article follows)?!
With all due respect to the bereaved, this two-month-long mourning already smacks of an entry in the Guinness Book of Records... Thousands of people are dying in Ukraine, including toddlers and infants! Unlike us, Ukrainians are dealing with innocent victims bravely and proudly.
Students were given vacations, they are offered psychotherapeutic help, study relief. Cantors have undergone psychotherapeutic training – even for children with a general lack of psychologists! Security measures were postponed to prevent the students' psyche from deteriorating. We have adult children, as a result of a completely wrong upbringing, which produces cowards, miscreants, no proud and brave citizens, capable of fighting, taking risks and sacrifices, just another manipulable and obedient puppets, as was the case under totalitarianism.
Our army has never defended its territory for the last 100 years - all the more reason to play soldiers in peacetime and, it seems, to the P.R.C. Naturally, this cannot but reflect negatively on the soul of the nation across generations.
I recently took the train to Prague with a student, he told me that 1200 applicants applied to the psychology faculty of the University of Olomouc, only 60 were accepted, there are no teachers...
What can the country expect in such a state?
Moral, cultural and, consequently, necessarily economic collapse if this literally suicidal trend continues. If we are not saved by new Bata, Nature will step in. She can easily deal with us. This tragedy should wake us up and not wait resignedly, idly for the next one.
