In connection with the end of World War II in Europe in May 1945 and the massacres of the population of the liberated territories, let us remember the personality of the President of Czechoslovakia, Dr. Edvard Beneš, who actively participated in crimes against humanity. Let us not be surprised that the Communists supported the law: the President, Dr. Edvard Beneš, was responsible for the state - and its destruction.J.Š.

The following interview with me was broadcast on Kossuth Rádió on 2 August 2020 on the Sunday programme Without Borders on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the publication of the Benes Decrees. The reporter was Mária Haják, radio correspondent in Bratislava.
Mr. Géza Dunajszky, why did you become interested in the personality of the politician Edvard Beneš, or as many say Eduard Beneš, and what kind of person was he? What motivated you to do so?
Géza D. - When in 2007 the Slovak Parliament confirmed the validity of the Beneš Decrees, I was shocked and it gave me the need to re-examine things. Since my early childhood, I have retained certain memories of situations that are incompatible with good morals and humanity in general. In addition, I have also witnessed crimes that clearly fall into the category of war crimes. At the same time, I was constantly confronted with the propaganda that Benes and his government, and subsequently the Czech and Slovak public, considered us Hungarians and Germans to be co-responsible for the dissolution of the First Czechoslovak Republic. This aroused my interest in seeking an explanation as to how someone could be - I cannot find a better word now - such a scoundrel as to deceive all the great powers, France, England and even the United States. The only one with whom he found great understanding from the beginning was the big Slavic brother, the Soviet Union, but I have the feeling from certain sources that even there they did not trust Benes very much.

There is a theoretical proposition that I find increasingly true. Let me state it. You won't find anything about it in law textbooks.
Law (as a system) is a product and therefore an instrument of actual social conception. The main (unwritten) function of law (actual legal practice), is to protect the social conception, as it actually is, from non-conceptual changes. If the system of law fulfils this function, then law works. If the real social conception is based on a large-scale criminal foundation, systemic violations of written law, and crypto-fascism as the tools necessary to exercise power over people, then HER legal system protects all of this primarily in consequence, not eliminates it. And if it does, then the law is working properly and not not not working (!).
Law "can only afford" to remove and address those elements in society that are superfluous and expendable to its realistic conception as it currently exists. What the written law declares is not at all relevant. It is such a misleading advertisement for the people. Only the societal (conceptual) consequences of its enforcement are relevant. Hopefully it will somehow work in someone else's mind too, in relation to ALL those "legal solutions to the current situation".

I am attaching a video of the whole Convoy of Liberty2022 below and a Photogallery.
Gripens of the Czech Armed Forces did not arrive, they were replaced by civilian aircraft and a US Huricane. No military music during the convoy, just monotone, emotionless descriptions of military vehicles that no one listened to, if they heard at all. The sympathetic activities of the US Army "Marines" were very much welcomed by the public. Where are the days when the President of the country attended the Convoy of Liberty...
30.000 Romanian soldiers also died during the liberation of Czechoslovakia, who remembers them?! President Zeman appoints 13 new generals - soon ordinary soldiers will command an army of generals... He never attended the freedom celebrations in Pilsen.
I used to occasionally delete attempts to log into comments emails with the ending "ru" in the tens, nowadays in ever-increasing daily orders.
Ukrainian ambassador to the Czech Republic: „Russia is a fascist state. It has no moral right to celebrate the end of World War II in Europe!" J.Š.

I made an audio recording of the entire ceremony (I recommend the speech by the US Embassy representative from 34:35 min.), a PHOTOGALLERY and the video below. The veterans were admirable. The way they spoke and the way they laid wreaths spoke to everyone present. Their speeches were the shortest, they said the most! Missing for the first time was the best speaker yet, US Veteran Earl Ingram. Surely, even today, he would have said what he needed to in his distinctive, appealing and memorable way that speaks to most. Today, we must fight our battles without him and continue to fight them in the name of his memory and legacy if we are to be worthy of the memory and legacy of American soldiers.
Compared with previous years, I was surprised by the small number of US flags on buildings. Politicians can't make speeches, they don't address, few can talk back, the speeches are boring, repeating the same, with no effective address for today and the future. The wreath for the US was accompanied by four men and one woman - the most. The CT events provided only a few seconds with a few sentences extracted from the speeches and a demonstration of how to eat the American stew... It was rather sad when the former mayor of Pilsen and today's Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic, did not stay standing with the others until the wreath-laying ceremony was over, smiling, greeting and gesticulating with acquaintances behind the barrier. On the positive side, although I was not registered in advance as a journalist, I was allowed in without any checking and could thus take exclusive shots and photographs. J.Š.

Yesterday I caught the traditional Garden Festival at the Věra Čáslavská Primary School in Prague's Petřiny district and in the evening at the National Museum the opening of an exhibition on the life and legacy of Věra Čáslavská. You can see everything essential in the PHOTOGALLERY and two videos from the opening of both events below. I experienced again an incredible symbolism when after the opening of the exhibition the statue of Gen. M. R. Štefánik. I was reminded of his prediction, which is still literally confirmed today and which we should not forget in the context of today. I did not notice the presence of the media at any of the events, except for TV Prague, which filmed an 
interview with the headmistress of the school. Teachers are supposed to teach and principals are supposed to manage, not fill out stupid forms most of the time, think laws, instead of fully using their brains and common sense and doing what they are supposed to do. Once again, public ČT has failed to do its service - not a word in ČT Events.

This is how the folk "flute player" played the Russian song just down the street from the Thanks America monument before the start of the 2022 Convoy of Liberty, when Pilsen residents thanked the US Army for liberating Pilsen.
Of course, I will offer the free copyright - for the video below - to Russian state television, which will be happy to welcome and accept my offer. It should be noted that without the material help of the West, the Red Army would not have succeeded against the Nazis. I again walked through the Forest Cemetery in Zlín. Incredible atmosphere, as if you were in a temple, symbolizing the eternal connection between man and nature. Its foundation came from Tomas Bata - and he was the first to be buried there... To the criticism of connecting the cemetery with the forest, when the roots of the trees will disturb the graves and the remains of the deceased, Tomas Bata replied in the sense of "what can be more beautiful than when human remains serve the trees for further growth and life, to which they return in another way..."
His grave and that of the Bata family have been under renovation for two months. Let's hope that everything will be done by the 90th anniversary of Tomas Bata's tragic death (12.7.2022).
