The judge violates the principle of equality of arms by undermining my guaranteed procedural rights to a fair trial with the consent of the prosecutor present.
If you are interested in my case, I am ready to supply you with all the documents I have for this case, so that similar excesses do not recur, or at least to minimize as much as possible. The saddest thing is that most people do not have the opportunity to defend themselves against these "dirty practices" of the Code of Civil Procedure, for example for financial, time, psychological, etc., or they are content to get only a condition, even if they are innocent. And this is exactly what people like MUDr. Dvořáček, who is also a member of the Department of Intensive Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Forensic Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava, operates forensic medicine, so he teaches his future successors. Maybe it would be good to revise his previous expert opinions. It would certainly help many people."

Convicted Marek Gába wrote all individual violations of the Code of Civil Procedure: Police of the Czech Republic Ostrava (in 21 Points, 50 official records are missing), District Public Prosecutor's Office Ostrava (13 Points), District Court Ostrava (31 Points), MUDr. Igor Dvořáček - large producer of expert opinions (4 Points).

It is no wonder that the European Court of Human Rights has declared the Czech judiciary is dysfunctional, violating national law on a „knife edge“ (The Robert Tempel case June 2020).
Forensic expert MUDr. Igor Dvořáček - he was also fired with his wife in disgrace from the University Hospital Ostrava. He received millions in damages after the court "cleansing". He is now back in office. How many innocent people were convicted on the basis of his "expert" opinions, which he "produced" for decades to order by the Police of the Czech Republic and the courts ?!
