After 2 years I finally got a video from the executor Mgr. Jan Beneš, when he no longer had to make excuses and lie (I submitted a letter from the Czech Execution Chamber). The media reported on 7 January 2021 that the Government Commissioner for Human Rights, Prof. JUDr. Helena Válková, CSc. (hereafter referred to as the Commissioner), will end her term of office on 31 January 2022:

Compensation for protective supervision

On 11/1/2020, 6 men who were illegally sentenced to protective supervision under the previous regime approached the Commissioner to take steps to seek appropriate compensation for this unlawful harassment. (2)

The Commissioner took a sympathetic view of the proposal and on 26/3/2020 told Daily N: "It is our debt.... I am glad that this debt will be repaid, at least I hope so. And I will certainly convince my colleagues in the Chamber of Deputies of that." (3)

The Chinese have already banned foreign visitors. This is a question for the athletes to answer for themselves and to settle with their consciences, including the athletes' entourage. China has banned them from talking about basic human rights under threat of punishment. Will they be as civically brave as Novak Djokovic? Of course not. Fame and money is an adversary that no one wants to defeat in their own interest. Let us hope that there will be a few brave athletes who will find it in themselves to behave as the brave gymnast Věra Čáslavská did at the Olympic Games in Mexico in 1968? I was honoured to be able to accompany and support her in the last years of her life.

A global lawsuit for crimes against humanity has been launched and accepted by the Supreme Court of Canada (see link below). A team of more than 1,000 lawyers and more than 10,000 medical experts, led by lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, one of Europe's most influential lawyers, has launched the largest lawsuit in history, called "Nuremberg 2", against the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Davos Group (World Economic Forum, led by the 80+ year old Klaus Schwab) for crimes against humanity.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a German-American lawyer who won multi-million dollar cases against Deutsche Bank and against Volkswagen for the Dieselgate fraud. He is one of the founders of the "German Crown Commission of Inquiry". Fuellmich and his team have gathered thousands of pieces of scientific evidence proving the utter unreliability of PCR tests and the fraud behind them. At the time, Fuellmich spoke about vaccines and said that they "have nothing to do with vaccination, but are part of genetic experiments." In addition to faulty tests and false death certificates issued by corrupt medical personnel, the "experimental" vaccine itself violates Article 32 of the Geneva Convention.

About 20 minutes of audio in which a retired Central Party School professor sternly criticizes the state of the Party under Xi Jinping, and declares the current system beyond repair, circulated widely online earlier this month. The recording is from an address given by Cai Xia, a legal scholar and longtime internal Party advocate for rights and the rule of law, to a private group online. [Update: CDT has learned that this address was given in mid-May.] Cai is currently outside China. CDT has determined the recording to be authentic. The speech has been translated in full by CDT.

Organizace Human Rights Watch (HRW) ve své výroční zprávě o situaci v oblasti lidských práv v Maroku ostře kritizovala represivní drift státu. Zpráva, která nezaručí reakci veřejných orgánů. Rok 2020 se nesl ve znamení „tvrdého zákroku proti komentátorům sociálních médií, umělcům a novinářům vyjadřujícím kritické názory na monarchii,“ H.R.W.

Nevládní organizace tvrdila, že ještě předtím, než byly zakázány demonstrace a veřejná setkání s cílem omezit šíření koronaviru, marocké orgány „již zakázaly několik veřejných shromáždění opozičních skupin a nadále bránily činnosti některých organizací pro lidská práva“.

Podle HWR bylo v Maroku v posledních letech zatčeno, stíháno a uvězněno několik aktivistů a nezávislých novinářů pro „sporné údaje, jako je pohlavní styk mimo manželství“. "Zdálo se, že některé z těchto procesů jsou politicky motivované nebo proběhly, aniž by byl zaručen řádný proces všem stranám," uvedlo sdružení.

The information below can serve as a basis for Constitutional complaints and lawsuits against the Czech Republic. Will our descendants one day ask us, as we asked our fathers, "How could you let this happen?" J.Š.

The Czech Republic is violating international treaties and the Constitution with its execution and civil court codes, and the resulting execution mafia is also violating these laws

For this reason, I recommend

- to file a Constitutional complaint for the annulment of the part of Act No. 120/2000 Coll. of the Enforcement Code and Act No. 99/1963 Coll. of the Code of Civil Procedure that violates Articles 10 and 12 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, i.e. part of the Constitution of the Czech Republic. It is not possible to arbitrarily disturb the homes and family life of citizens who do not owe money, to humiliate them and to plunder them in their own homes.

- The Constitutional Court should also establish legal certainty on the issue of 80% of futile foreclosures, which are artificially maintained, at the expense of the whole society, by the arbitrary interpretation of the foreclosure law by the foreclosure mafia. Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights imposes an obligation on States Parties to provide their citizens with adequate and improving ( as far as possible) living conditions, not to keep them until their untimely deaths in failing health as outlaws and slaves to unpaid foreclosure tariffs ( see table) with the prospect of no longer being able to live a normal life

- to file petitions and lawsuits with international organizations and courts, esp. For violation of these international obligations by the Czech Republic (Article 10, Article 12 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic Rights)
