Pfizer Hired 600 Employees Due to ‘Large Increase of Adverse Event Reports’: Document
The document is titled "Cumulative Analysis of Postmarketing Adverse Event Reports" for Pfizer vaccines administered through February 28, 2021. The vaccine was approved by the FDA on April 30, 2021.
The unredacted version of the document now also shows that approximately 126 million doses have been delivered worldwide since December 1, 2020, when Pfizer received its first approval, from US regulators. Deliveries ran until 28 February 2021.

In many countries, including those in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada, the gradual development of digital identity programs and systems is going unnoticed by the general public, Corbishley said.
"It's all happening behind the scenes," he said. "It's not something they hide, but it's not being reported in the mainstream media, so people don't realize it."
Corbishley commented on the speed at which these digital ID programs are being rolled out.
"It's something that's happening extremely quickly and it's happening in a very covert way," he said.
Many countries are also developing digital currencies that require the implementation of a digital identity system, Corbishley said.
"That will revolutionize the way money works in the future. If central banks succeed in doing that, it will completely change the way we make money, the way we spend it and the way we save it," he said.
"And again, there is no consultation, no education, no effort to inform people that this is happening."
"It's a world where we're going to be constantly nudged into certain behaviours and constantly punished for certain undesirable behaviours," Corbishley said. He added that it's a world where people have zero freedom and where power is concentrated in a way that has probably never been possible before.
Opposing such a system would be almost impossible, Corbishley stressed.
"If you try to oppose the system, if you try to start a protest movement, then the first thing you find is that suddenly you have no funds or you have no ability to work," he said. "And you become an undesirable person."
It's hard to say exactly how such a society will evolve, but based on how things have evolved in places like Canada and China, it's not a very appealing idea, Corbishley said.
"It's a digital gulag and you're effectively banned from society. ... That's a scary vision."
The World Health Organization (WHO) signed a contract with T-Systems (a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG) in February 2022 to build a global interoperable vaccine passport system, T-Systems said on its website.
T-Systems has already developed a technology solution for vaccination passes for the European Union and an application for tracking the Chinese virus - commonly known as the new coronavirus - for the German government, the statement said.
"They're kind of leading us by the nose on a lot of these things," Corbishley said. "We're being told one thing while our governments are doing virtually the opposite."
About 80 percent of funding for the World Health Organization, which is made up of 194 member states, comes from private companies and private foundations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation - which is the second-largest overall contributor after Germany - and the Rockefeller Foundation, Corbishley said.
"The World Health Organization in its current form is an organization that favors the interests of large corporations over the interests of governments," Corbishley said.
Counties With Highest Vaccination Rates See More COVID-19 Cases Than Least Vaccinated
According to data compiled by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (source), counties in the United States with the highest rates of covid-19 vaccination currently have more cases testing positive for SARS CoV 2 than counties with the lowest vaccination rates. In the 500 counties where 62 to 95% of the population has been vaccinated, an average of more than 75 positive tests per 100,000 population were detected in the past week. While in the 500 districts where 11 to 40% of the population has been vaccinated, an average of about 58 cases per 100,000 population were recorded.
