SOS request for help, saving a life, helping a man from Ukraine.

Hello.
To show you what the director of the visa department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote to me. What developments are we supposed to have? If we are together only during the woman's vacation, when will she come to Morocco? Otherwise she has to work and I can't come to you. Is that normal? Is it human? I consider it racist discrimination and an attack on a person from Ukraine.

Dear Sir
On behalf of the Deputy Minister, Mr. Martin Dvorak, on behalf of the Visa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I am pleased to respond to the email you sent.
On 3.6.2022, your legal representative received a decision on the request for a reconsideration of the reasons for non-refusal, which confirmed the negative decision of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Rabat. Your case has thus been decided properly and in accordance with the law, and the visa procedure has been terminated. In the context of your previous application for a visa, it was also established by the Regional Court in Ostrava - Olomouc Branch, through a judicial review initiated on the basis of an administrative action brought by you, that the administrative authority of the first and second instance did not err in stating a ground for refusal within the meaning of Article 20(5)(e) of Act No 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain acts.
Since there are no proceedings pending in your case, the decision cannot be reconsidered.
At the same time, I would like to point out that, in view of the principle of legitimate expectation, it is necessary for a possible reconsideration of the decision of the administrative authorities in the future to find a development in your marriage.
Yours sincerely,
Hana Flander

I have no problem publishing this email, on the contrary, I am obliged to! It is yet another example of the lack of common sense of an official who absolves himself of responsibility by referring to the law and regulations without fulfilling its spirit, seeking the fulfillment of justice or humanity and making common sense decisions. Then anyone who can read and stamp can be an official! Is that a service to the citizens?! JŠ
