Two events characterized the start of this legal week:
The actors’ Cvrtnicek and Potmesil affair seems to be prima facie quite clear, the law, without any question, was broken. But I do not think that the real perpetrators were the actors. They, as actors, were only following the script that was written a given to them by someone else, and since the case here is not a felony one like, say, a murder, it is not for them to scrutinize legal consequences of the performed action. Here, the actors played their roles like puppets on the strings pulled by the director, who is the one who is fully responsible for the legality of actions performed by his actors.

Victims are apparently Germans who were executed right after the war ended
… In eastern Bohemia, almost 300 skulls were found in a cemetery near the St Matthew Church in Deštné in 2010. Deštné representatives said the remains belonged to German locals who had been buried in the cemetery in the past. Others said these were remains of the Germans murdered in the aftermath of World War II in the Orlické hory Mountains (Adlergebirge). …

Today, on April 12 the Russian Federation, in fact, invaded continental Ukraine.
This was recognized by the Interior Minister of Ukraine, military experts and numerous witnesses of the latest events in Eastern Ukraine. National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine was urgently convened.
"The Government of Ukraine is considering the facts of today as display external Russian aggression," - Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arseniy Avakov wrote on his page. The reason for such a statement is that the weapons used by militants in Krasny Liman (Donetsk Region) – special series of Kalashnikov guns with grenade launchers – is owned only by armed forces of Russian Federation.

Russian KGB and Nazi in Polish Parliament
Mateusz Piskorski, the former politician from Szczecin, who heads the ‘international observers’ supposedly responsible for overseeing ‘fair play’ in the Crimea referendum, has been unmasked by the Polish mainstream media as a ‘known fascist and antisemite’. The TVP (Polish television) website quotes the Russian politician Vladimir Karza Murza who claims: “the chief of the international observers mission. Mateusz Piskorski, is a well-known Polish fascist and antisemite.” He continues: “He is an open proponent of Nazism, a holocaust denier, and the author of articles in the portals ‘Biały świat’ (white world) and ‘Ja, Rosjanin’ (I, a Russian), he was the leading light of the Polish skinhead newspaper ‘Odala’, where he praised the Aryan race and Adolf Hitler.”

WASHINGTON – Russia is rushing to annex the Crimea from Ukraine, but the region could become another Chechnya, due to its small but united Muslim Tatar minority which opposes the takeover, according to regional experts.
The concern is that the Muslim Tatars have close ties to Chechen Islamists of Russia’s southern provinces in the Northern Caucasus, who already have been creating huge headaches for Moscow. A referendum recently ordered by the Crimean parliament to vote on turning the Crimea Peninsula back to Russia is to take place March 16. Observers say it is a foregone conclusion that residents of Crimea, which is more than 60 percent ethnic Russian, will agree to the annexation. The Tatars, who had lived on the peninsula since the 13th century, were forced out en masse by Joseph Stalin in 1944 and forcibly relocated to Central Asia.
