In Morocco they call them the occupied "Sebtah and Melilah". The rest of the world knows them as the Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla in North Africa. They are the only piece of European territory on mainland Africa - a political and legal reality that has never been recognized by Morocco, which has continued to demand their return, along with four other smaller territories in the Mediterranean all in the narrow strait of Gibraltar.

The Czech population has grown by 4% since 1980. Germany's was rising at the same speed until the immigration wave of the past few years accelerated it to 7% growth compared to 1980. The population of China has risen by 44% since the one-child policy was imposed in 1980. The world's population has grown so far this year by 34m, but the New York Times reported last month that, "All over the world, countries are confronting population stagnation and a fertility bust, a dizzying reversal unmatched in recorded history that will make first-birthday parties a rarer sight than funerals, and empty homes a common eyesore."
Frank Swiaczny, a demographer who was chief of population trends and analysis for the U.N., said that, "A paradigm shift is necessary.... Countries need to learn to live with and adapt to decline." It's not all bad, the Times said, without mentioning covid or the coronavirus: "Smaller populations could lead to higher wages, more-equal societies, lower carbon emissions and a higher quality of life for the smaller numbers of children who are born." Get used to the idea, the NYT is telling its readers.

Updated June 5, 2021: Such cases need to be archived and described for future generations! - These documents were received from Sodales Solonis z.s. Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic JUDr. Marie Benešová, Chief State Attorney JUDr. Ivo Ištván and Brigadier General Radim Dragoun, Director of GIBS (General Inspectorate of Security Forces).
Ing. Marek Gába: „This is how representatives of the Civil Criminal Procedure Code and their elected experts work in Ostrava. Where is the defendant's right to a fair trial, to which he, as a citizen of the Czech Republic and the European Union, is entitled under the Criminal Procedure Code, the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and the European Convention on Human Rights? The judge violates the principle of equality of arms by undermining my guaranteed procedural rights to a fair trial with the consent of the prosecutor present.
If you are interested in my case, I am ready to supply you with all the documents I have for this case, so that similar excesses do not recur, or at least to minimize as much as possible. The saddest thing is that most people do not have the opportunity to defend themselves against these "dirty practices" of the Code of Civil Procedure, for example for financial, time, psychological, etc., or they are content to get only a condition, even if they are innocent. And this is exactly what people like MUDr. Dvořáček, who is also a member of the Department of Intensive Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Forensic Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava, operates forensic medicine, so he teaches his future successors. Maybe it would be good to revise his previous expert opinions. It would certainly help many people."

Convicted Marek Gába wrote all individual violations of the Code of Civil Procedure: Police of the Czech Republic Ostrava (in 21 Points, 50 official records are missing), District Public Prosecutor's Office Ostrava (13 Points), District Court Ostrava (31 Points), MUDr. Igor Dvořáček - large producer of expert opinions (4 Points).
Only 69 times the violation of the Code of Civil Procedure made it possible to convict an innocent person. You can read the entire statistics of the conscious, criminal conduct of those who have to abide by the law HERE !!!
It is no wonder that the European Court of Human Rights has declared the Czech judiciary is dysfunctional, violating national law on a „knife edge“ (The Robert Tempel case June 2020).
