See step 3 and step 4 as outlined by Nicolai Sennels here. "Islamic Sharia Law Court Opens in Belgium," by Soeren Kern in Hudson New York, September 15 (thanks to David): An Islamic Sharia law court has been established in Antwerp, the second-largest city in Belgium. The Sharia court is the initiative of a radical Muslim group called Sharia4Belgium. Leaders of the group say the purpose of the court is to create a parallel Islamic legal system in Belgium in order to challenge the state's authority as enforcer of the civil law protections guaranteed by the Belgian constitution.

Prague, Jan 21 (CTK) - The postwar Benes Decrees is not an issue of such importance for the present Czech society to significantly influence the result of the presidential election, according to political scientist Bohumil Dolezal and sociologist Jan Hartl whom CTK addressed MondayPresidential candidate Milos Zeman, supported by outgoing President Vaclav Klaus, attacked his rival Karel Schwarzenberg over the latter's statements about the Benes Decrees. Schwarzenberg said postwar Czechoslovak President Edvard Benes "would probably find himself in The Hague today," referring to the International Court of Justice and to the idea of collective guilt. He said the Czech violence against Sudeten Germans after the end of the war would be "condemned as gross violation of human rights" now.

… President Václav Klaus seriously challenged the trust in democratic system of our country. With his declaration he is undermining its judicial system and the trust of citizens in justice, which is a foundation of democracy, thus he verifiably committed „...an action of president of the Republic headed towards sovereignty and integrity of the Republic as well as towards its democratic order.“ …

This obviously mentally ill, unhinged old man behaves like a crazy person. He has pardoned primarily stolen billions, friends, buddies and his criminal past. He‘s been covering up his trail. He‘s a disgrace to our country. Even bigger disgrace will be if the citizens cannot remove him from public life as quickly as possible. For sure our politicians will not do it for them! He insulted not only decent citizens, but honest judges, prosecutors and police officers. Klaus has pardoned himself above anyone and logical consequences of his criminal politics! We can’t rule out extortion, where he might have been forced to do so by threatened powerful. Prime Minister Necas holds full responsibility for this criminal pardon. He has lost his moral credit, if he‘d even had one before.

K.H.Borovský: „A flock is merely for convenience and for benefit of shepherd, however a community is supposed to be for convenience and for benefit of all. “ – „General monstrosity would rise up, if communists were to rule over just one generation. “ Fr. Palacký in 1857, 10 years after K.Marx composed the Communist Manifesto.
Prof. František Koukolík is talking about socially agile psychopaths: „Deprivants features: creative cooperation inability, parasitism, they are extremely dangerous if they gain uncontrollable power especially over the military, education, police, politics and over corporations. The biggest danger of deprivants rebellion is to make everything what they touch primitive – artistic, philosophical, literary, legal, scientific life of the society, just as thinking, emotional life and ability to distinguish between the good and evil. Their targets are not what they claim. They promise what we want to hear. As a consequence higher values are destroyed in the name of maintaining their power. They are dangerous parasites and they perish with their hosts. Current crisis is not financial but crisis of values and manners. According to findings of American psychologist Paul Boticek and psychiatrist Robert Hare there are more psychopaths among politicians and managers than among incarcerated.“

I have coincidentally acquired some documents in a case of Gilbert F. McCrae, who had been effectively sentenced for last year’s murder in tram no. 22. The judgment of 1st instance court is particularly interesting to read. The prosecution version of what happened was already confirmed by three court instances: Mr. McCrae, historical arms dealer and both US and UK citizen, living in CR since 2002, had a verbal conflict with a victim in Ještěrka bar on Londýnska Street in Vinohrady (district of Prague). The victim, Rudolf S., was a 34 year old drug addict and dealer. McCrae then followed the victim to the tram stop on Tylovo Place and rode with him in the tram no. 22 up to terminus in Hostivař (district of Prague), where he shot him once to the head and killed him in cold blood. After that he calmly got off the tram and returned home to Vinohrady. The most interesting thing, after the act Mr. McCrae didn’t even try to escape in order to avoid being caught (he must have known that bar guests and barkeep would identify him easily), nor he attempted to ditch the murder weapon, but he waited until the police – after a month – tracks him down, detains him and finds the gun in his home.

The full truth about overcrowded Czech penitentiaries
The question in the title seems very odd, since the answer is so easy and has been pushed outright before the eyes of the Czech society. However, it is all a bit different and we can say it’s a 20 year old lie of our government. Czech penitentiaries, our prison system and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (abbrev. PSCR) have not served to protect our society or to ensure the correction of convicted criminals. It is rather specific “social service” for government employees (apparently, to lower the unemployment rate artificially).
