The trial was postponed to 19.2.2024 at 10:00 a.m. The judge forbade me to make an audio recording. I had to instruct her about section 6 on courts and judges. She insisted on the ban. During the questioning of both children, everyone had to leave the courtroom, including the OSPOD representative - an incredible child alone against three judges! Adjourned to establish the mother's financial circumstances, when all they had to do was ask the OSPOD representative, who of course must know. The father, as a result of late payments from customers, was in arrears in payments to the mother. Immediately the mother sent a bailiff after him, while the payment had already been made?! Dad and his companion are great, mother seemed depressed. I'm sure it's obvious to the court. The children are still last place, the costs of the parties and the courts are still rising... Let's see what surprises the court in February? JŠ

A hearing on the appeal for the modification of rights and obligations and enforcement of the decision is scheduled for 11.12.2023 at 09:30 a.m. at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Havlíčkovo nábřeží 34, 728 81 Ostrava-Moravská Ostrava, room 48/ground floor, building B. This day is the third act in this court, which began in 2014 and until today this court (or any subordinate court) has not been able to resolve the situation.

Very few experts who now say they were wrong on lockdowns and mandates have publicly apologized. We spoke to two who did.

Hmmm after 6 years of extensive evidence, when the treatment period was assessed at 5 days, that's really funny. In the Matlach x Fargaš case no evidence was needed and guilt was decided in a flash. In the Kramny case 5 experts said that they did not die as a result of electrocution and yet recovery was not allowed. That's how we live in the rule of law here... He committed an act, the completion of the crime did not take place, thus he committed an attempted offence and is sentenced ...

As far as superficial injuries of bruising are concerned, these are quite light to superficial injuries that did not limit the victim for more than one week. The mild brain injury and cervical sprain were not objectively proven and were rather suspected.... The defendant's unlawful conduct was classified by the Court of Appeal as attempted misdemeanor battery, as the defendant committed an act which was directly aimed at intentionally causing bodily harm to another, which he committed with the intent to commit the offense, but the completion of the offense did not occur...

Ing. Marek Gába - final JUDGMENT in the matter of bodily harm. The Constitutional Court in Ostrava handed down what is probably the most unjust verdict in the history of the Czech Republic. The court knowingly committed a crime and did not recognize the right of the attacked to defend himself. More than six years have passed since the incident! The trial should not have taken place at all, at most a misdemeanor trial, and has already cost hundreds of thousands of crowns, if not millions. I recommend paragraphs 8+13+15+18+19+22+23+24+28. Who will judge judges who knowingly cover up other crimes and criminals at the expense of a decent person!
One day the time must come to an end when those responsible absolve themselves of their own responsibility by reference to the paragraphs, fulfilling them only in form. The spirit of the law and the search for justice do not interest them at all. JŠ

So who was Badraoui anyway? And what was his interest in A. Bahaddou's visas?
I was asked a similar question by MFA lawyer Jiri Slays last year - why were the Moroccans interested in uncovering visa fraud and why, over time, did they give me some of their tapes of embassy wiretaps related to visas? In a legal society, such a question shouldn't even come up: after all, everyone should be interested in following the law, in the correct execution of the visa agenda, and in not encouraging human trafficking. In practice, however, we all know that in Arab countries many people turn a blind eye. In Morocco, on the other hand, many people are happy for their people to move to Europe and to make money out of it. Some are just looking for a better material life, others want to spread the Muslim faith in Europe, and still others engage in various not entirely legal activities. On the other hand, however, Morocco is a strategic partner of the EU and receives a lot of money in projects to combat illegal migration and to solve asylum problems.
