Another example of the "activities" of these obvious psychopaths. On 3.3.2021, as the only representative of the public, I said goodbye to my friend Colonel v.v. Josef Musil. An unbelievable anabasis began, which was concluded only on 31.5.2023. See what all one photograph, without a veil and in the open air without people, i.e. in public without the public, caused - in the PROTOCOL of the insight into the file. How many hours did the officials have to spend on this and how much money did it cost the taxpayers! Already PK Hořovice should have postponed it, when the photo itself is proof of the senselessness of the denunciation and deliberate harassment by the MM Agency.
Already two days after the farewell at the Pardubice Crematorium (5.3.2021), the MM Agency reacted by filing a complaint for violation of the law and endangering the population by not wearing a veil. It was not until 31.5.2023 that I learned from the entire offence file the name of the informer Mgr. Jana Gavlasová in the study room of the KHS Pardubice, i.e. only after more than two years when I was denied the right to study the entire offence file by the KHS Pardubice. Interestingly, the Communication of the Ministry of Health dated 24.1.2023, from the end of which I quote:
... In conclusion, the Ministry states that it has investigated the manner in which the complainant's complaint was dealt with as set out in the KHS letter No. KHSPA 13345/2021/R-Pce, dated 11.8.2021, and for the reasons stated above, it found the complaint to be partially justified. The KHS was required to keep the order of the MoI on file under file No. S-KHSPA 05097/2021 and should have issued an order under Section 38(5) of the Administrative Procedure Code on the denial of inspection of a part of the file, or allowed the complainant to inspect the order of the MoI in such a way that the identity of the whistleblower of the alleged offence was protected at the same time.
On 19.5.2021, I was reprimanded by the Order of KHS Pardubice, without a fine (up to CZK 3 million), because "as a result of the detected violation of a legal obligation, there was, as far as KHS is aware, no damage to the health of natural persons". On 23 June 2021, the proceedings were discontinued.
The "court advocate" of the MM Agency thus has a "job" again - to file a lawsuit against KHS Pardubice for disclosing her name. How else but with a demand for a fat compensation, as in many other lawsuits, where of course she does not appear anonymously. But it would have a strange logic to demand money for disclosing his anonymity. Instead, she should be proud that she has performed a publicly useful, civic act and saved many people's health or even lives, or the entire MM Agency. Maybe it's not even her fault? Maybe her anonymity is the fault of officials and the law. Personally, I always sign my name to everything, I don't request anonymity, but I respect it if temporary or permanent confidentiality of the name is requested or recommended by the other party in the public interest.
Some people are cowards, others may have other reasons, such as "we have already filed too much against this Shinagel, we don't have to publish everything, but we will continue to bully him - anonymously." Unhappy people, living on hate, other people's money that has been stolen or embezzled.
Whether the son of Martin Michal, Antonín Michal, has started serving his sentence (8 years for billion-dollar fraud) remains a taboo for the public (the Roman Janoušek case was not taboo for the media, nor were health reasons). On the left Antonín Michal as "seriously ill" at the football match Sparta Prague : Rapid Vienna (28.7.2021). She has a truly "hilarious family" singer Helena Vondráčková, awarded by President Zeman "for merit". She may also be in line for an award in the Kremlin for her accompaniment of the Alexandrovs and visits to the Russian embassy in Prague. Decent people stopped going there a long time ago...
Her husband embezzled 600 million crowns (not convicted, acted in "good faith"). He is in execution for about 20 million crowns (nobody cares, not even the banks). I'm the only one in the Czech Republic who has been reporting on this for years under the public's right to information about public figures and the freedom of the press guaranteed by the Constitution of the Czech Republic. The information has been known to the general public for years, I just remind and supplement it. According to the resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, public figures have a reduced right to privacy. I have been sued and permanently harassed for years for threatening my "reputation". I am the subject of lawsuits, complaints, criminal charges or complaints by people whose reputation could not be worse and for which they have only themselves to thank.
I have lost my family home, suffered heart attacks. The bailiff has deprived me of a substantial part of my archives from my work abroad and in the Czech Republic. He has confiscated my computer tools in violation of the law. While owing millions of crowns in "debts" for freedom of speech, he took personal belongings worth a few thousand crowns. Of course, he waited until I was home (otherwise I would have required police assistance in this "daylight theft"). Moreover, foreclosure of mobile property is not done when a house is mortgaged. Repeated complaints to the Chamber of Bailiffs have gone nowhere - criminals protecting criminals.
It listens to the lenders and adopts their specious reasoning in full. The eighth one is on the way, with a maximum fine of 100,000 CZK - for failure to comply. The media, including the public media, are informed, none of them dare to report on my case. Freedom and independence always have a high price. I withdrew the motion to cancel the endless execution for futility - the creditors are lying, I have to prove the truth as the debtor. If I prove it, it is denied by the lenders. I'm not going to waste my time on vanity.
The new bailiff, Mgr. Jan Benes has for the second time executed a small pension, although the Social Security Agency has already refused to do so by law. So maybe he will not issue another fine of 100 000 CZK (he sends it to the state) and will keep my slowly emptying private account to pay his costs (blocked for 6 years). Also bullying (I can't use the account). I have already paid 700,000 kc in fines to the state. Not even Franz Kafka could have made that up...
The execution will end with my death or the death of the creditors. Unfortunately, it is far from unique, although it is probably unprecedented in this form.
There is something very wrong in our society to allow this community of sick people to file frivolous lawsuits against decent people, to litigate for years, to abuse the court system, to abuse taxpayer money earned through honest work. Society should treat them and protect the public from them, otherwise our country will soon resemble one big „Bohnice“ (Czech institute for the mentally ill), which it is slowly becoming. JŠ
